Our store had a water supply leak unfortunately, but we called SERVPRO and they helped us get the place dry so we could open back up real quick. 

They made sure to keep us informed through the whole process after our water heater broke down. 

We had some water disrupt our business here and this group came in with equipment and fans to help us get the water out of our building.

Sean Bowles has been a pleasure to work with. He and his staff responded to my residence after a tree fell on our house and a snowstorm was predicted to hit the next day. They made sure the roof was tarped so it wouldn't leak. He was up-front about everything and responded to my calls and questions promptly. He coordinated the whole job of repairing my house from start to finish. (all while I was out of town). He and his staff are trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any and all construction projects.

Can't say enough about Shawn and his crew. Walked into my vacation mountain home late on a Saturday afternoon and discovered flooding from a cracked toilet. He had 2 men out there within the hour to start the clean-up. Shawn was on top of the project for the next several mos overseeing all the repairs and was in frequent contact with me for updates. Finished product looks better than even before the flood. Hope to never need him again, but would not hesitate to call.

Had a leak in my kitchen and needed a service to come out and dry out the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Called SERVPRO of Lake Lure Forest City and they came out within 48 hours and set up the dryers. it took over a week to dry out totally, but they did a fantastic job. Came when they said and was totally pleased with outcome.

Woke up to water everywhere in my finished basement due to a broken pipe! SERVPRO arrived within an hour of my call. The ceiling, carpet and drywall was soaking wet, they removed it and set their equipment. They were excellent in keeping me informed of each step and communicating with my insurance! There was very little for me to deal with! And guess what?! They even do repairs!! I had no idea! They did it all from beginning to end! Beyond 100% satisfied and a customer for life!

Water damage never happens at a good time but SERVPRO made this experience much easier to live with. They called within an hour of me notifying my insurance company and would have come out that night but I decided the next day would be so enough and they were out with a team early the next morning. They packed and inventoried all damaged items and dried the basement with equipment. What a first class group of folks. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVPRO to Friends and neighbors!!!!!!!
